The Incumbent will practice as a member of the nursing team within the Community Living Center (CLC). The Community Living Center providers resident centered care in what is the homes of each resident on the CLC. The incumbent demonstrated knowledge and ability to provide full range of practical nursing care to residents with a variety of physical and/or behavioral challenges. Provides effective education to residents and/or family members in relation to common disease processes. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
