Registered Nurse - Assistant Nurse Manager ANM
The Assistant Nurse Manager is responsible for providing leadership in delivering and improving care through the collaboration with others. The Assistant Nurse Manager provides supervision on the off tours, weekends, and holidays. They may function in the Charge Nurse role and take patient care assignments as needed. They are accountable for the management and supervision of all nursing staff personnel on their assigned shifts. Basic Requirements: English Language Proficiency. In accordance with 38 U.S.C. 7403(f), no person shall serve in direct patient care positions unless they are proficient in basic written and spoken English. Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate accrediting agency and accredited by one of the following accrediting bodies at the time
