The Denali Center is hiring for heart. We seek RegisteredNurses (RN) to provide nursing care in our loving, compassionate environment where both residents and staff and encouraged to learn and grow. While working in an acute care environment, this position plans and provides clinical support to residents and staff. Demonstrates clinical expertise of the assigned area. Provides leadership in clinical, financial, and personnel management within the department. *Relocation & transitional housing assistance are available for experienced RN Managers! About Fairbanks Denali Center Position Available Full Time 40 hours per week 10 hour Day Shifts 7:00am - 5:30pm with occasional weekend and shared holidays
Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards. Provides all customers of Foundation Health with an excellent service experience by consistently demonstrating our core and leader behaviors each and every day.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Must possess a strong knowledge and understanding of nursing and healthcare as normally obtained through the completion of a bachelor's degree in nursing. Requires a current RN license in state of practice. BLS Required. Additional certification or continuing education may be required based on area of practice. Must possess at least 1-2 years of clinical experience relevant to resident population. Demonstrates knowledge and skills of specialty area. Requires critical thinking, communication, influence, decision-making, analytical, and flexibility skills to make optimal decisions based on multiple variables and desired outcomes. Requires the ability to balance clinical skills with supervisory authority. Must have the ability to consider the ultimate impact of decisions on the unit. Must have the ability to practice skills according to department and professional standards and quality requirements.
