The Nurse would be responsible for care on Victory Lane, a new 40 employee 18-bed Long Term Care neighborhood which provides care for Veterans with multiple comorbidities. The leading diagnosis of the unit are Cerebral Vascular Accidents (CVA), hypertension, diabetes, dementia, and congestive heart failure. Our mission is to enable residents with multiple comorbidities to remain engaged in their environment at the level of their cognitive ability and to function at the highest level possible.
