Heritage Ministries, a faith-based, not-for-profit organization, is seeking an experienced, proven leader for the position of Vice President of Senior Housing and Services. Reporting to the President and CEO, this senior level, executive position is responsible for overseeing the administration, programs, and strategic plans of the Independent and Assisted Living facilities, as well as any community based services, affiliated with and provided by Heritage Ministries. Other key duties include working close with the Director of Development and Marketing in the areas of sales, marketing, fundraising, and community outreach.
The successful candidate should have a strong knowledge of these types of services in either stand alone or Life Plan Communities. Leadership experience is required, as this position will be responsible to build a team of senior living professionals that work together to ensure the development and implementation of programs and procedures which maintain the highest quality of resident care in a healthy, safe, and Christ-centered environment focused on the Vision and Mission Statements and Core Values of Heritage Ministries.
